Risk Factors of Infection in Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: To determine the risk factors of infection in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 155 syndrome under our department from January 2019 to December 2019. Among them, 43 cases had infection, and rate 27.74%. The were analyzed. Results: syndrome, developed including 3 upper respiratory tract (6.98%), 33 lower (76.74%), skin (6.97%), urinary 1 case facial nerve (2.32%). Compared group without serum albumin immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels as well higher creatinine 24-hour protein (P < 0.05).
